Medium/Low Incidents
- Use the Report Incident option in GTPCM to submit an incident. Please note that a Covisint ID is required to access this option.
- If you encounter any issues in creating ticket send an email to ITSDSUPL@ford.com with your name, phone number, email address, GSDB Code and description of issue.
